Update from Jamie Hancock - Tabou / Vandal International Team

Here is an update from Jamie Hancock, 2009 Wave Champion, who now rides Tabou boards and Vandal sails as an international team rider.

• Tabou is not a new brand to Jamie, he was sponsored by them a few years ago along with Gaastra sails.
• Here is what Jamie says about the Vandal Riots he has used: "The new Riots are simply amazing, like nothing I have ever used before. They're compact and very light. They have four battens and seem to work on less downhaul than normal. I'm not quite sure how they work so well yet, but they just do, and better than anything I have ever used before."
• 4Boards has been at the forefront of Windsurf Retailing for both these products, we were the first UK retailer to seriously promote Tabou boards and, until recently, the only UK shop stocking VANDAL.

"Its another Cape Town winter gone by and have to say it has been probably the best to date. Early mornings, lots of driving but decent wind and swell. The equipment this year has been slick! The build quality of the sails and masts are incredible as I don't think I have ever returned from Cape Town without braking any gear. The only downer is that Virgin Airlines have kindly managed to lose my gear. Oh well, but with a promising UK forecast, fortunately 4boards are able to lend some temporary replacements to get back out on the water for now - thanks guys"
